Opera
Browser Beta has just been released and you can already try it on your
Android device. Prior to this, Opera was known for its popular mobile
browser. And now Opera Browser Beta is here to meet your needs. There
are many significant changes that are visible on the company's new
browser. Opera beta is now webkit-based and supported by some new
technologies. Not only the features, but you can also see a new display
on the front-end.
Opera Browser Beta and its notable changes
Of all the changes, the most notable one is you only
get one bar for URL and search. These two functions are combined into
one, pretty much like what Chrome has. The startup screen has undergone
improvements as well. The new browser provides content discovery
feature. If you are aware with Google currents, this feature is similar
to that. You are given the flexibility to surf, whether you want to
select private browsing or normal browsing. This kind of feature is
often offered by many other browsers.
There are also changes in
the Speed Dial concept. If you see large square fields containing
website links in the previous browser, the section appears simpler in
Opera Browser Beta. The speed dials are now turned into a bunch of
favorite pages and they will be displayed on new tabs. You can manage
these links in the folders and it’s just like a bookmarking feature.
Despite many changes it has, there's one thing that stays the same in
Opera Browser Beta. Opera is known for its ability to compress data so
that the loading process becomes faster. This program provides a
server-side option, so you can save pages to read when you are offline.
This
overhaul may exceed some people’s expectations. But we must appreciate
that opera offers something fresh with its new browser. It looks good on
Android even though it doesn’t appear like other browsers. The start
screen is one step forward, looks intuitive and rich in features. Maybe
you feel this is better than what Chrome has. But it's more about
personal taste. As Opera Browser Beta has just been introduced, we will
see new improvements in the foreseeable future.
